At The Calm Hour, we want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Our 14-day window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or report a problem. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty
We're sorry! We'll make it right quickly. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video showing the issue.
If you've changed your mind
Because each order is prepared and shipped specially for you, we're generally unable to accept returns simply for change of mind. That said, if you're not happy with your purchase, please reach out — we'll always do our best to find a fair solution.
Items that can't be returned
Certain items may be marked as final sale at the time of purchase and are not eligible for return or refund. Any such items will be clearly noted before you buy.
If your order hasn't arrived
If tracking has stalled or your order hasn't arrived in the expected timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate and make it right.
How refunds work
Once your return or claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
